What caused the problems...failure thats what.failure to qualify in europe in any way, spending on players on the basis that we would.and we never, & the ever increasing wage bills...how do we get out of it...allow Barry his new contract with wage reduction, sell whoever for as much as possible, & get the heads down to win the league. Murray is running a business which at the end of the day Rangers are..he is the boss when it comes down to it! l personally feel more let down by the murray must go brigade & they sly digs of other users because l voiced my opinion yesterday!

Well he is the chairman, & one of the most successful business men in the country. Who r we to argue with him?

Tatty unfortunately its impossible to have a conversation about Rangers with a Celtic supporter because they would rather believe the papers & unofficial websites instead of believing a very successful business man. Ive done my research properly & now have no reason to doubt our great chairman.

So Tatty if u were a chairman of a business that u r trying sell & u have had a poor financial year so far due to loosing out on a multi million pound deal in the European market (Champions League) having all ready made financial commitments towards it. Would u just replace that money out ur own pocket to balance the books or would u use the assets available in ur business to rectify the problem? We do not earn enough money in scottish football to ignore these problems. That is exactly how we got our great club into debt in the first place. Now on top of that & with the current financial climate hitting all businesses hard we r faced with a situation meaning we r paying at least £5m a year too much on salaries & the squad need reduced to break even & enable us to continue to make money instead of losing it which at the end of the day thats what its all about.

It is funny, but hardly any Rangers fans in here, actually offer anything constructive on this issue, if anything at all.

It is seems the majority can not come up with anything better than pub banter on this subject or deflect the issue, which is a shame, as l would like to know what they really feel about what is going on at their club & actually debate the matter, rather than, ''we will be fine ''52 in the bag''. Now l am not saying they will not be fine & they may well win the league come this May, but it would be great to see their thoughts, strategies for the future, ideas on where it is gone wrong. Actual sensible conversation about the subject.

as wee ger says saoirse everything we say is getting cast up in wee digs all over the place so what is the point...i also agree that l am more embarrassed by the action group than anything else..i have never taken anything said by follow follow as law.rangers r in a dire position just now..and yes it is all our own doing..murray may not have planned as well as he should have but the is not the only one to blame..if that was the case we could also question walters team selection & tactics..the players lack attitude in Kaunas defeat..that was in all essence the start of our troubles..murray is a shrewd businessman..he would not be where he is today if he wasn't..he is doing what is best for our club..and while we may not like our players being sold..he knows what he is doing...a true fan should stick by their club..not turn their back & throw the dummy out..not the rangers way..and the rst need to have along hard look at themselves

lo,tatty can l answer ur last q...i do not think murray will make that same mistake in a hurry..i will give him the benefit of the doubt..he is a clever man.he will have the foresight now to make the changes needed to get us back on our feet.what good is a severly depleted rangers to murray..none..he will want us back as strong as possible..and l will also add its nice to get views from other fans which r not just sly back slapping digs..
