then l remembered, l said the exact same thing when robinho was 'supposed' to be coming to city....
and look what happened there
so now l wonder, if kaka does come to city...
would l be happy to see him play in blue ?

we all know that 100 million tranfer and 100 million wages is far too much even for him, but l guess if they wanna spend it then let em....

Well l do not believe anything of this.. first of all l doubt that they would really pay 100M, l am sure that this offer is just a marketing move, they must became ''big'' club if they want to bring big players, their first mission is to fill all the newspapers & that people talk about them as much as possible... l am sure that the owners of Man C r very aware that they can not bring the best European player with ''just'' money & in 6 moths.. they will build strong team without any doubt but they will need at least two or three seasons.. & second l doubt that Kaka will leave for Man C, it is a lot of money for sure but Kaka is probably the last player on this planet that would sign for a club only because of the money (this is probably the reason why they offered him 100M, they were 100% sure that he will reject it) if Kak leaves it will be for Real Madrid or even Chel$ki but those two clubs r only clubs that can afford him AND r on the same level as Milan!!!!

all l can say about the Man city thing is. l think it is stupid! it is a stupid amount of money & l really hate football because off all the money that is in it. why can not ENGLISH clubs bring young ENGLISH players through the academy so England can have a decent football team. l think that there should be a salary cap in football (like rugby) & l think that there should be a limit on the amount of foreign players that one team can have (again, like rugby). if u look at rugby league, leeds for example bring most of their players through their academy & if u look at the players on the team that have come through the academy it is a great number!

Well, Robinho was not cutting it at Real so he wanted to leave. By picking City over other sides, he demonstrated that his only concern is money.

Kaka should just laugh City in the face & tell them to take a hike. Money is one thing, but City is horrible & may be relegated at the end of this season. Adding Kaka willnot make them instant contenders for anything but joke of the year. He will not give them instant credibility but just illustrate how much of a laughing stock they are.

If Kaka goes, it will sidetrack his career for 2-3 years before he can secure a release.

Buying titles does not work..Real tried with the Galaticos & failed miserably at the beginning of the decade. It wo not work for City either.

I've always opposed salary caps in football, but l think the time has come! The money talked about is silly!

l am a Swansea fan, & we're becoming a real rarity; a profit-making club that is on the rise financially & footballingly. That should be every club is ambition. It is not! Clubs r willing to spend anything to get success, & this disgusting attitude is turning football sour.

l looked at the possible figures for this transfer: £600,000 a week! Swansea is record transfer fee is £400,000. There is only 15 positions between Swansea & Man City! It makes the mind boggle.

The crazy money in football needs to stop or the sport in England will be in trouble, even if in Wales it will thrive.

2)Yes it would ruin football, because Fifa and Uefa will have more hcnaces of attcking the EPL.

and MILAN just have no respect for a loyal servant..he wants to stay, omg! initially, l thought milan is all u know, after glory..but they semm to have been swayed by the amount

look at chelsea spent all the money on players & now they r virtually exploding internally & still have not won the champions league

look at villa buying the odd youngster (young,milner) & bringing through the ranks (agbonlahor) & its turning into a brilliant season so far
