At the end of the day(cliche) clubs dont want their top players injured.the CL and the league offer soo much more money!

l think its a shame though, l still value the FA cup up there with to CL..

yer but what would be more important to your club wining the FA cup or qualifying for a UEFA or CL spot or winnig the league

surely the answer is no.Well teams play the weakest possible sides which this historic competetion does'nt deserve

Who cares! At the end of the day the players who come in are still representing the club. With the fixture congestion there is not much choice when millions are at stake depending on where your team finishes in the league, so teams are forced to play weakened teams.
